Hi there! I'm Rachel, a college student in the greatest state in the world, Texas. This is a place where I can put all of my thoughts in writing, and maybe help someone out along the way!

Here's what you should know:

1) I am Roman Catholic, and passionately so. I love Jesus with all my heart, and am overwhelmed by how much He has blessed me. A lot of my writing has to do with discovering how best to love and serve Him. My faith affects everything I do, from how I dress, to how I vote, to how I treat the people around me.

2) After the Lord, family and friends follow. My family is spectacular, and I am so lucky to have them on my side. I have two older sisters and a little brother, and the most wonderful parents anyone could ask for. My best friends keep me going. I have a solid group of them surrounding me and couldn't do much without their support.

3) I love to dress up! I went to a private school with a uniform my entire life before I came to college so this is the first time I have gotten to pick out my own clothes for school. I dress up because I believe it helps us live excellently.

Theatre Banquet first semester- I am so obsessed with this tutu. 

4) Crafting is another hobby of mine. I am learning how to sew, and I love anything sparkly or pink. 

5) Baking is sweet! Recently I have been dabbling in baking from scratch, especially trying to perfect the chocolate chip cookie.

6) I might be the biggest bookworm ever, which is why it is only fitting that I am pursuing an Honors Great Texts degree.

7) Writing is a newfound passion that I am enjoying immensely. I pray that my words can be instruments for God and that I say what He would want me to say.

8) I am a theatre kid, which makes me incredibly dramatic. I acted for 15 years before saying goodbye to being on stage. I now am exploring behind it, and finding that aspect pretty incredible.
